An ace pilot of the Union armed forces who holds the rank of 1st Lieutenant. Initially assigned to the elite MSWAD unit, Graham becomes fascinated with the Gundams after he witnesses the first appearance of the Gundam Exia, and is soon transferred to the Union's anti-Gundam investigative taskforce. His superb piloting skills enable him to transform his Union Flag mobile suit in midair, a maneuver known as the "Graham Special."
